On December 15, 2023, Beijing XX Education Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the Respondent) applied to register the trademark “Huoxing Ren” (hereafter referred to as the Opposed Mark) for goods in Class 9, including “antennas; anti-radio interference devices (electronic)”, among others. The mark passed preliminary examination and was published for opposition on May 13, 2024. During the publication period, XX Kitchen Appliances Co., Ltd. (the Opponent) filed an opposition against the mark. The Respondent entrusted our firm to handle the opposition response.
